10年後の京都市の未来 についてのアート作品製作に好奇心をそそられ、京都在住の数人の若者達に、彼ら自身と京都市の未来についての希望を知るため、インタビューを行なった。賀茂大橋からの、賀茂川と高野川の三角州の視覚的イメージのみを使用することにした。なぜなら、それが比喩的な意味をふんだんに与えてくれると、僕には思えたから。統一感をだすため、ナレーションは、一人一人の若者のコメントを合成した構成になっている。
'Intrigued by the idea of making an art work about Kyoto City ten years from now, I set out to interview several young inhabitants of Kyoto to discover their hopes for themselves and the city in the future. I decided to use only the visual image of the fork in the Kamo and Takano rivers at Kamo Bridge because for me it provides a rich source of metaphoric meaning. In an attempt to create a sense of unity the voice -over is a composite adaptation of each of the young individuals comments.'

Dream City was created for for the Kyoto City Hall Imagine you + Kyoto in 10 years competition and exhibited at Rissei Elementary School Kyoto from 27th Oct to 4th Nov 2009.
